Disability Income Insurance Rider

Provides monthly income to the policyowner at an affordable cost in the event of total disability of the insured. Can be added to Value Term, Designer Plus UL and Ultimate Designer UL. Minimum benefit is $250.00 per month. Maximum benefit is 1% of the amount of the base policy up to $2,500 per month. Benefits will be paid for up to 24 months for any one period of total disability. Issue ages 20-60. Available on Primary Insured and Additional Insured, if both qualify. 30 or 90-day elimination period before benefits are paid. Two occupational classes-Class A (3A, 2A, A) and Class B.
